Maybe you have a particular event you want to get ready for, to look fabulous for. Maybe you’re training for a race of some kind and need a strength program catered to your specific needs. Or maybe, your child needs particular help in a certain area of fitness and performance and they are mature enough to handle a 1 on 1 situation with a trainer.
For any of these circumstances, MAD Training is happy to offer private training for individuals to meet their goals. We will cater the session to exactly what you are looking for to ensure that the focus is entirely on your needs and your progress.
